BIRTHDAYS

Experience has shown us that celebrating birthdays in the 2′s can be very confusing and stressful.  Instead of individual birthday celebrations, the 2′s have a ZOO DAY where all the children receive a hat and balloon.  It really is fun for everyone and takes the confusion out of celebrating individual birthdays. In the 3′s, Pre-K and Jr. K each birthday is celebrated at school, and we welcome your sending a special treat for the whole class at snack time. You are also welcome to  come read your child’s favorite story to the class on his/her special day.    Those children with summer birthdays may wish to bring a birthday snack before the actual date.  Please inform your teacher.  All arrangements for parties outside school must be made at home.  INVITATIONS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED IN SCHOOL UNLESS EVERY CHILD IN THE CLASS IS RECEIVING AN INVITATION.
